Delivery rates
All orders placed for stock items before 7.30pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Spend £45 (excl VAT) and get your order delivered FREE. If you spend less than £45 a small carriage charge of £5.95 will be applied.

Orders placed by 7:30pm GMT for stock items will be dispatched the same day. All services listed are on next working day delivery (weekends not included). Next day delivery is not available for Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and remote areas.

Product availability
Our aim is to ensure that you receive your items as quickly as possible. If your shopping basket includes items with different availability dates then we will contact you and may send them as they become available. This means that you may receive items at different times. Your card will be charged as each item is dispatched. You will only be charged delivery once.
Our 30-day returns guarantee
You have 30 days in which to return any unwanted items. They must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. Please call our customer service team on 0808 168 22 88 for your returns number. We will then arrange to have the item collected. Your credit/debit card will be refunded once we have received your unwanted item. Please note that credits will not be issued for carriage charges. We will also charge £7.50 + VAT to collect unwanted items.
